Feel-Good Update: SO many good photos!!
Welcome to the first weekly update of 2019. Check out all our new elected officials!!
Welcome to the first weekly update of 2019. I hope your holidays were relaxing and your new year is off to a strong start.
Over the last few weeks, our candidates have become elected officials… It’s all happening! Forgive the avalanche of images but I couldn’t pick a favorite.
Also, get this: On January 1, 2019, an additional 200,000 Virginians were covered by Medicaid expansion, which was only made possible by the 2017 elections, when we helped incredible candidates like Danica Roem, Jennifer Carroll Foy, Chris Hurst, Kelly Fowler, and others win seats in the House of Delegates. A few other small items to note for you…
On Friday, we joined folks from Higher Heights and Vote Run Lead to talk with Errol Louis on NY1 about why the wave of women is only beginning.
Put it on your calendar now: Governor Howard Dean is joining us in London on January 24th for a reception and dinner. We’ll also be in LA at the end of the month; let me know if you’d like to catch up!
We’re hiring for interns as well as a director of operations — all listings are at https://runforsomething.net/about/jobs. Help us find the best people.
Thank you for making all this possible. More to come on our 2019–2020 plans ahead of our two year anniversary in a few weeks, but I can assure you: We are not slowing down. Let’s go!!!
